Mayari Animal Rescue Organization, Inc. (MARO) is a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Philippines. We are located in Cebu City.

Mayari is the ancient Filipino goddess of the moon who cares and guards animals.

MARO's mission is to prevent cruelty and needless suffering of animals, to rehabilitate and re-home abused and neglected animals.

MARO supports birth and disease control, educates the public about responsible pet ownership to avoid abandonment and to advocate the development and enforcement of humane and effective animal welfare laws.
